For ground-up builds, the studio joins early — working alongside architects and builders from the plans forward, so the interior architecture and the rooms it will hold are conceived as one.

Past collaborations include The Office of Thierry W. Despont in Manhattan and Landry Design Group in Beverly Hills; the Kaufman Estate in Aspen was designed from the ground up.
